Quito Health (a DBA of 3Ps Lab LLC): consent
Version 2026-10-09-draft. This is the text each member agrees to in the app, for each family.
What you agree to
- I agree to the Quito Health Terms (version 2026-10-09-draft).
- I have read the Privacy notice (version 2026-10-09-draft).
- I am the patient, or the patient (or their legal representative) has allowed me to help manage their medicine information.
- I understand that the screen shows only what this family's admin reviews and publishes. It is not medical advice: the care team is right when they disagree.
We record that you agreed, for this family, with the date and the version. Nothing else: no address, no device. When this text changes, we ask again before you can open the family.
AI reading of visit notes (the family's admin only)
Version 2026-10-09-draft. Off unless the admin turns it on in Family settings.
When a new visit note mentions a medicine on this family's list, those passages (not the whole note) will be sent to Anthropic's Claude to help summarize what they say about the medicine, for the admin to read. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. It never decides anything: the admin reviews every change. The admin can turn it off at any time; nothing more is sent after that.
Visit notes are always searched for the medicines on the list here, without any outside service, whether or not AI reading is on. The admin's agreement is recorded with the date and the version; turning AI reading off ends it.
